mIRC
| AddyIRC is a free Internet Relay Chat server, hosted by Addy Studios. To connect to it, you will need an IRC client. You may choose whatever IRC client you prefer, or pick one of the IRC clients above. Both are free, but ChatZilla requires firefox (which you should be using).
Getting Started
With mIRC
Download mIRC from the link above, and install it. Once it is installed, you may connect to addy-studios.net on port 6667, and join #addy, the main channel. If you need help with this, there are many guides on google.
With ChatZilla
If you do not already have Firefox, download it. Then, download the ChatZilla Firefox addon from the above link. You may need to restart Firefox to install it. Once it has been installed, follow the link below to connect to the server and join the default channel.
AddyIRC
From here, you can create your own channels, register your nicknames, and talk with all the other people on the server.
